River Drive Construction Company, Inc. was established in 1989 by Bernard F. Langan (founder and former President of Langan Engineering Associates) as the construction arm for various development projects he and other partners were constructing. With a downturn in the commercial real estate market in the early and mid 90's, River Drive shifted its focus to providing construction and consulting services to third parties including developers, management companies, end users and major corporations, under the direction of Joseph Langan. With roots as both Owner/Developer and consulting engineers, the firm has always provided its clients with an added level of service beyond most typical general contractors and construction managers.
With hundreds of completed projects, River Drive maintains a substantial resume of project types including Corporate Interiors, Science & Technology, Hospitality & Institutions, Healthcare and Retail as well as General Construction and Ground Up projects. In 2008 our dollar volume was over $49.8 million.
River Drive Construction is located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and currently employs a dedicated staff of 43 people including field personnel. We currently service New Jersey, Southern NY and Eastern Pennsylvania. We have a team of dedicated professionals with a combined experience of hundreds of years in commercial construction.
Our team consists of highly skilled Project Executives, Project Managers, Estimators, Administrative professionals as well as experienced Project Supervisors. This talented team provides results in the form of projects which are well executed and continually monitored/updated to ensure all critical deadlines are met.
