Acting as General Contractor, River Drive has completed multiple projects for Liberty Mutual. This project consisted of building 10 new offices, copy room, file room and executive offices. This 5,000 SF project was completed on time and on budget.

River Drive, acting as the General Contractor, recently completed the 40,000 SF project for a Division of the State of Jersey. This project consisted of numerous new perimeter offices, interview rooms, restrooms and training areas. There are large "open office" areas to allow for Modular Furniture.

As Construction Manager, River Drive completed a 45,000 SF build-out for XO. This project consisted of a new reception area, executive and managerial offices, break area, data center as well as new conference rooms and major electrical and HVAC upgrades.

Schlesinger Associates

As General Contractor, River Drive has completed numerous projects for Schlesinger Associates. This 30,000 SF project included custom millwork in the new reception area and executive offices. Utilizing a special phasing technique, Schlesinger was able to remain open during the entire construction process.

Working with this Investment Consulting Company, River Drive completed this high end 5,000 SF project in 5 weeks. This project included a raised panel reception desk, granite tops, marble floors, crown moldings and decorative lighting.
