As General Contractor, River Drive constructed this 2,200 SF CAT Scan facility in Paramus Medical Center. Special structural supports needed to be fabricated and installed prior to the delivery and installation of the CAT Scan unit. Prefinished tongue and groove wood flooring was installed by floating on the existing concrete slab.

Verona, NJ

As Construction Manager, River Drive completed this 4,000 SF Plastic Surgery Suite in 12 weeks including State Certified Operating Room with complete medical gases and UPS system. All custom millwork was constructed out of raised cherry wood paneling with Absolute Black granite tops. Entrance doors were constructed of cherry wood with true divided light glass.

River Drive Surgery

As General Contractor, River Drive constructed this 10,000 SF state of the art outpatient, three OR surgery facility, attached steel and EIFS entrance canopy with motion activated slide entry doors. This project had a demanding design due to full height glass at all three Operating Rooms, integral shades and glass surface at OR's for sterility and custom millwork, granite countertops and finishes throughout.

As General Contractor, River Drive was selected for this 8,000 SF tenant improvement project. The space features exams rooms for Pediatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, Lab Area, Conference Room, Waiting Area, Call Centers and Office Area. The high end finishes work well for both internal medicine patients and pediatrics.
