As General Contractor, This class "A" 4,300 SF facility was constructed from raw space that was originally a turn of the century firehouse. An eclectic look with upgraded finishes within a tight budget and schedule were some of the challenges of this most interesting project. This project included, wood flooring, high end millwork, faux finished walls, fully insulated Treatment room, and a special temperature control were all part of this successful project.

South Hampton Spa
Jersey City, NJ

As General Contractor, River Drive was selected to complete this 4,00 SF Hair, Nail and Skin Treatment Facility in the heart of Newport Center. Through value engineering services and redesign, the project costs were reduced from $550,000 to $322,000 thereby completing the project within the client's original budget.

Matrix Fitness Center
Pompton Lakes, NJ

As General Contractor, River Drive was selected to complete this 20,000 SF state of the art fitness training center from raw space to "certificate of occupancy" in 90 calendar days. Full service men’s and women's locker rooms complete with saunas, showers, lockers and dressing areas; dance and training studios, free weight mezzanine, aerobic equipment, 800 AMP electrical service, complete HVAC system including dehumidification and heat recovery were all part of this innovative fitness center.

Ethos Spa & Fitness
Midland Park, NJ

As Construction Manager, River Drive was selected to construct this 18,000 SF high end spa & gym for women only. This project consisted of custom millwork for the beverage and nutrition station, display cases with lighting, steam room, multi-head showers and treatments rooms. Walls received custom millwork panels, wall covering and river stone tile.
