Bridgewater Crossing
Bridgewater, NJ

River Drive Construction was selected by The Walsh Company to build a food service and fitness facility at 400 Crossing Boulevard in Bridgewater. The project included food service equipment, high end millwork and finishes to complement one of the premier buildings in the State of New Jersey. RDC also completed the 7th and 8th floors for King Pharmaceuticals shortly after this project was completed.

Park 80 Plaza Cafeteria Saddle Brook, NJ

Ownership of Park 80 selected River Drive Construction to renovate its older cafeteria into a beautiful contemporary Café designed by Rotwein and Blake. The project was completed on a fast track basis while the cafeteria operation was temporarily housed in another area of the building. RDC has performed the majority of the work at these Class A facilities in Saddle Brook including CB Richard Ellis's full floor office headquarters.

Beth Hatikvah
Summit, NJ

Beth Hatikvah is a congregation in Summit New Jersey. River Drive Construction was selected as a General Contractor for this conversion of a 18,000 SF vacant industrial building into a beautiful synagogue. This small food service area services a multi purpose area of the temple and features a full commercial kitchen.

1639 Cafe
Parsippany, NJ

As General Contractor, River Drive completely gutted and renovated an outdated cafe within Lincoln Property's 1639 Route 10 Facility. All new flooring, ceilings, light fixtures, floor service equipment were part of this cafe expansion.
