Acting as General Contractor, River Drive completed this very unique, high end 25,000 SF project. The project consisted of extensive mahogany millwork, crown moldings, carpet borders and a complete legal library.

Equity One Parsippany, NJ

As General Contractor, River Drive completed this 14,000 SF interior fit-up for Equity One. Highlights are a new custom reception desk with a granite top, new marble flooring, herculite glass doors, new managerial offices and conference rooms. This project was completes in 7 weeks.

Paramus, NJ

As General Contractor, River Drive completed this 17,000 SF build out for Wachovia. This project included major HVAC and electrical upgrades, custom reception cabinetry, built-in board room cabinetry and new executive offices. This project was completed under an accelerated schedule in seven weeks.

Elmwood Park, NJ

Selected as the Construction Manager, River Drive completed this high end interior fit-out consisting over 38,000 SF of raw space on three floors within this class "A" office building. This fit-out consisted of an open landscape of systems furniture with interior and exterior private offices, Board Room, Conference Room, 4—hour vault, and a Mail Distribution Center.

Spencer Savings Bank Saddle Brook, NJ

Acting as General Contractor, River Drive completed this new 3,200 SF facility after the existing 1,800 SF facility was demolished; only the foundation walls and basement were left in place prior to construction of the new facility. Decorative EFIS exterior design with three dimensional shingle roof provides this distinct look to this branch. Custom teller station, slate walkways, custom millwork with inlayed decorative bands, 14' vaulted ceilings are just a few of the high end finishes for the interior of this branch.
