Daiichi Sankyo Data Center

After the merger of Daiichi and Sankyo Pharma, the Sankyo facility at Two Hilton Court was undersized for the imminent integration of 20 additional racks of equipment. DSI looked to River Drive Construction to assist in fast tracking the data center expansion in phases including an additional UPS, tie into a building generator utilizing a new transfer switch, raised floor computer space etc. A CM Approach was used here.

Verizon Wireless
Wall Township, NJ

River Drive Construction was awarded this 40,000 SF core and shell building with interior switching facility in Wall Twp, NJ at a cost of over $13 million. RDC expedited construction of the facility, achieving an early completion, while handling a variety of challenges in both design and integration of other vendors required by Verizon. Substantial strut systems, a KVA Generator and dual fuel tanks were installed

Broadview Networks New York, NY

River Drive completed this 12,000 SF facility which included the expansion of an operational Telecommunications Node. This project included massive upgrades to the HVAC systems, sprinkler system and electrical distribution. This project required a fast-track approach to construction while maintaining a high level quality. River Drive was able to satisfy both needs through diligent planning.



BEA Systems
Liberty Corner, NJ

As General Contractor and Construction Management, River Drive was selected for this 42,000 SF tenant fit out. This includes offices, conference rooms, training rooms and a 900 SF Engineering Lab. To handle the heat gain of the Engineering Lab's computers and associated equipment three 30 Ton MDG AC units were installed within the Engineering Lab as well as associated roof top units. This provided 74 tons of required cooling to the Lab. A new 600 amp service was brought into the building with 400 amps dedicated solely to the Engineering Lab.
