A member of our team will spearhead the bidding process, review all available plans and specifications, conduct bid walks and site inspections to develop a well qualified and detailed bid/estimate. Our estimating team will ensure that every detail of your project is clearly defined, while selecting the most qualified subcontractors to perform the work. If awarded the project, River Drive's Project Executives, Project Managers, Site Superintendents will ensure quality results, while closely monitoring your project budget and schedule.Construction Management
As Construction Manager, River Drive enhances the role of Contractor and takes on an added level of responsibility. Whether it be value engineering or controlling the bidding process, River Drive will act in your best interest to ensure that your project is on the right track. With over 18 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, River Drive provides substantial expertise when managing your project in this capacity, as we have managed our own projects. The Construction Management approach allows River Drive to provide greater value engineering input during the design phase resulting in a more realistic budget and schedule during the early stages of your project, while allowing the client more participation and openness than a traditional lump sum GC scenario. This is critical in certain projects where the scope may not be clearly defined at the outset.Design Build
As Design Builder, River Drive plays an integral role in assembling the design team, construction management and the architectural planning as well as following through with the actual construction. By utilizing our Design Build services, River Drive becomes involved during early planning phases of your project, taking on yet a more comprehensive role. This allows us to plan more realistic budgets and schedules during the initial stages.
