The above market sectors are typically serviced by traditional General Contracting, at a fixed lump sum price for the entire project. River Drive negotiates many of these projects with our repeat clients, and we seek out opportunities to competitively bid to private owners and corporations.

River Drive sigs on to projects early in the design process to support the owner's decision making process, providing early cost and development modeling.
