Responsibilities:

Mr. Langan has over 20 years experience in construction, engineering and commercial real estate. Mr. Langan's current responsibilities include overall management of River Drive Construction Company as well as Project and Construction Management for various clients. Mr. Langan is recognized for his well-rounded knowledge of Commercial Construction and the Commercial Real Estate industry and his ability to initiate and manage new projects.

NAIOP, ULI. Mr. Langan serves on the Board of Directors of Community Blood Services as well as its Foundation Board and the Greater Paterson Regional Chamber Board of Trustees.

Experience:

River Drive Center, Design oversight, construction management of two 100,000 SF, four story, class A Office Buildings, and subsequent tenant interiors for Acuson/Siemens, Allstate Insurance Company, Budget Rent A Car Systems, CSX Transportation, Monarch Companies, Langan Engineering, River Drive Surgery Center, Spencer Savings Bank, and Verizon.

Riverfront Center, Design oversight and construction management of a 75,000 SF office building as the first phase of a 20 acres mixed use project with tenant interiors for Sealed Air Corp., Weil McLain, and BF Langan Associates/River Drive Construction own offices. This building is owned in part by Mr. Langan.

Daiichi Sankyo, Project and Construction Management for various projects including Corporate Headquarters expansion, data center expansion, Sales, Training Center and Regional offices in eight cities throughout the US and a large pharmaceutical sales and training facility in Basking Ridge, NJ.

King Pharmaceuticals, Construction Management and Project Management for an 80,000 SF headquarters space at Bridgewater Crossing completed in a 90 day pre-construction assignment and construction schedule. This project included an important preconstruction role during the prior months and before lease execution.

WW Grainger, Design/Build and Construction Management for Grainger's NJ expansion program from 2006 to present including renovation of existing facilities, additions and relocations at over 8 facilities in the region.

Medical, Mr. Langan and his firm have completed a variety of medical projects ranging from outpatient surgical facilities, medical suites and hospital projects.

Consulting, Mr. Langan and his firm have performed a wide variety of consulting assignments over the years including acquisition/leasehold due diligence, work letter review, building and property inspections, construction oversight of other contractors, municipal land use approvals and permitting, and preconstruction work.

Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Langan is a partner/investor in various real estate ventures and funds, has expertise in leasing, approvals and development/rehabilitation projects.
