River Drive Construction Company, Inc. was established in 1989 by Bernard F. Langan (founder and former President of Langan Engineering Associates) as the construction arm for various development projects he and other partners were constructing. 

With hundreds of completed projects, River Drive maintains a substantial resume of project types including Corporate Interiors, Science & Technology, Hospitality & Institutions, Healthcare and Retail as well as General Construction and Ground Up projects. In 2008 our dollar volume was over $49.8 million.

Our approach and philosophy remains quite simple:
