Spencer Savings Headquarters

Selected as the Construction Manager, River Drive completed this high end interior fit-out consisting over 38,000 SF of raw space on three floors within this class "A" office building. This fit-out consisted of an open landscape of systems furniture with interior and exterior private offices, Board Room, Conference Room, 48”hour vault, and a Mail Distribution Center.
